1. Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

2. How to Cancel

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).

3. Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:

  • 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
  • if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

4. Return of Goods

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

5. Condition of Returned Goods

The goods must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, labels, and accessories. Please ensure that the items are unused, and in the same condition as you received them.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of items that are not in a saleable condition or where the packaging is significantly damaged.

6. Exceptions to the Right to Cancel

The right to cancel does not apply to:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Goods which may deteriorate or expire rapidly.
  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery.
  • Audio or video recordings or computer software which were unsealed by you after delivery.
  • Newspapers, periodicals, or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts for the supply of such publications.

7. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you receive goods that are faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately at info@holy-grace.com. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, including any delivery charges you have paid, based on your preference.

8. Refunds for Non-Physical Products

For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right to cancel is lost once the download or streaming has begun with your explicit consent and acknowledgment that you will lose the right of withdrawal.
